FPL Gameweek 6 picks

Portsmouth are on a terrible losing streak so it’s hard to see anything but an easy win for Aston Villa this weekend. Dunne is currently good value at 5.1mil and likely to rise soon. Ashley Young and Agbonlahor are both doing well and could be wise picks if you are short of options in midfield or attack.

With a possible ban on the cards for Adebayor, and injuries still troubling Robihno and Santa Cruz, Carlos Tevez could be making an appearance for Manchester City against his former club, and will no doubt feel he has something to prove. It would be a brave pundit who predicts the result of this titanic derby, but with Manchester United facing Stoke, Sunderland and Bolton in their 3 subsequent fixtures, it’s a good opportunity to assess the side and think about bringing in some reds.

Arsenal will feel they have something to prove after their demolition by City at the weekend, and with Arshavin’s nagging injury doubts, Fabregas could prove to be a good replacement. Diaby has also had a formidable start to the season (barring his own goal), and represents good value at 5.7mil.
