Fantasy iTeam has now launched a native iPad version of its already successful fantasy football app and are expecting 60%-70% customer retention rates based on historical users stats.
Over 60,000 players are already using the Fantasy iTeam app on iPhone, iPod mobile and Android phones, with over 5,000 mini-leagues and thousands of player versus player challenges driving the growth so far.
The iPad release is a native app that offers a whole new user interface and includes extra features such as a Dashboard style homepage, dedicated Head-to-Head page for player versus player activity, Match Centre and enhanced Transfers page.
Fantasy iTeam is a mobile fantasy football manager game for the English Premier League. Unlike other fantasy football games which rely on a website for sign-up and management, Fantasy iTeam is accessed and managed entirely on the Apple iPhone, iPod or iPad, providing a truly mobile experience for users.
This season’s app is free to download at the Apple App Store with features including head to head challenges, live scoring, integrated betting through Betfred, social competitions through Twitter and Facebook plus over £10,000 of prizes throughout the season. Regular prizes include iPad2’s, Red Letter Days vouchers, clothing and match day hospitality.
Players will compete against each other and even the boss of Betfred, Fred Done, is running his own Mini League called ‘Fred’s Official Super League’.
Fantasy iTeam Founder and Director Adam Patton commented: “The iPad version has allowed us to really enhance the user experience once again, the larger screen interface makes the experience even more engaging. We’ve enjoyed 50% retention rates so far on iPhone and we believe this figure will be higher for the iPad user, certainly over 60%.”
